It will help if you investigate available information on the internship. The best shot of success will follow from finding out the requirements from the start and making sure you meet them. At the outset try to recognize the potential motivations of the New Jersey Press Foundation and their goals for the Internship/Scholarship. If you meet the requirements, figure out if there is a reasonable chance to obtain the internship. Once you believe that you have the possibility that you can be a recipient of the Internship/Scholarship, then it is worth it to fill out an application.
An important part of working toward obtaining the internship is paying close attention to the application. Applications can sometimes be lengthy and tedious, but you shouldn't underestimate how important it is that you fill out the application properly and without omission. Avoid mistakes that might make you be denied as the result of something that could have been avoided.
After filing, you should note when the Internship/Scholarship distributes any funds so that you can know if it is possible to rely on the internship to assist with your financial needs and how it will assist with your future, as there may be restrictions on what bills you can pay with the Internship/Scholarship. You might find it challenging to be able to take care of all of your financial needs, and making use of the Internship/Scholarship to assist with your expenses can be a huge help. If you are not fortunate to receive the Internship/Scholarship, don't give up, there will be alternative internships and your persistence may be rewarded.
