Your best chance of achieving your goal will follow from initially researching the prerequisites and making sure you meet them. Before you even begin, seek to understand the reason for involvement of the Iowa College Student Aid Commission and what they hope to achieve with the Iowa Tuition Grant. Once that is done, figure out if there is the possibility of actually getting the grant.
