Requirements: Applicant must have a bachelor's degree by summer of the application year, be proficient in English (French for Quebec schools; Spanish for Puerto Rican schools), and be accepted or enrolled full-time for the first or second year of graduate study at an accredited school in the U.S. or Canada which offers a graduate program in concrete design, materials, or construction.
