Requirements: Applicant must be an American, age 18 or older, who demonstrates a sincere interest in the Norwegian heritage or a Norwegian who demonstrates an interest in American heritage. Applicant must further the study of these heritages at a recognized educational institution. Selection is based upon GPA, participation in school and community activities, work experience, education and career goals, and personal and school references.
