It is important to investigate the background of the scholarship. Your best chance of obtaining money can be attained by finding out the requirements from the start and knowing if you fulfill them. Prior to starting, figure out the driving force for the Lambuth University and what they hope to achieve with the Dean's Scholarship. Once that is done, figure out if there is a reasonable chance of actually getting the scholarship.
