Requirements: Applicant must have completed doctorate or possess equivalent professional qualifications, must be interested in the conservation and management of marine/coastal resources, and must submit transcripts, at least three personal references, and a research proposal. Fellowship is for interdisciplinary discussion and research of marine conservation, economic, law, and policy issues.
