Requirements: Applicant must be a Maryland resident, have and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, enroll at a Maryland institution in a program that leads to an initial teaching certificate.
Eligibility: College freshman, College sophomore, College junior, College senior, Master's-level study
