Requirements: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen preferably with at least a 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to applicant pursuing doctoral study and to applicant engaged in research in aeronautical and astronautical engineering, biosciences, chemistry, cognitive, neural, and behavioral sciences, computer science, electrical engineering, geosciences, materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, naval architecture and ocean engineering, oceanography, or physics.
