Requirements: Award is partial tuition and fees for the CRS National Festival for the Performing Arts Competion. Instrumental/vocal artists must submit a performance tape including two or more compositions displaying technical proficiency and artistic maturity. Composers must submit scores or tapes and pertinent information on chamber, large ensemble, or solo works. A self-addressed, stamped envelope is required.
