Amount of Fellowship: Minimum: $16000, Comprehensive Tuition, Maximum award: six years coverage of tuition, fees, and stipends

Requirements: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be eligible to pursue graduate study at a participating NPSC-member university, and submit application, transcripts, GRE general exam scores, and three to five letters of recommendation. Award includes tuition and fees plus stipend.
