The Nurse Practitioner Nurse Midwife Scholarship is a Scholarship sponsored by Virginia Department of Health.

Requirements: Applicant must be a resident of Virginia for at least one year prior to application, accepted or enrolled as a full-time student in a nurse practitioner program in Virginia or a nurse midwifery program in a nearby state, have a minimum 3.0 GPA in required courses, demonstrate financial need, and submit an application, two letters of reference, official transcript, and a statement of intent to practice as a nurse practitioner/nurse midwife in an underserved area of Virginia.
