Requirements: Applicant must be a resident of Oregon planning a career in full-time ministry as a children's pastor, evangelist, missionary, pastor, or youth pastor, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have completed two full years of college, and should be on the staff of or involved in local church ministry.
