Requirements: Applicant must have at least a novice class radio license and be attending school in the ARRL Midwest Division (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska). Preference is given to residents of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska and to applicants majoring in communications, electronics, or a related subject.
