Amount of Fellowship: Maximum: $18000
Requirements: Applicant must have a B.S. degree in food science, biochemistry, dairy science, or a closely-related field and must be willing to serve an internship and pursue a career in the confectionery industry. Interview required. Selection is based upon expressed interest, undergraduate grades, GRE scores, work experiences, and references. Award includes a six-week industry internship.
