The Professional Officer Course Early Release Program is a Funded by military/requires military commitment sponsored by AFROTC Admissions.

Award Information:

Amount of Funded by military/requires military commitment: Maximum: $3510, plus a monthly nontaxable allowance of $350-$400 during the school year (depending on academic year), in addition to other benefits
Application Deadline: 15-Oct
Requirements: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, meet age requirements, have recommendation from immediate commander, have a minimum 2.50 GPA, be admitted to a school offering AFROTC, have qualifying AFOQT scores, and provide a financial statement showing financial resources adequate to pay collegian living expenses and health care protection. If applicant is selected, he or she will be released from active duty. Applicant must not turn 31 years old prior to December 31 (of year of commissioning) in order to receive $3,510.
