Requirements: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and Pennsylvania resident, have a minimum 3.5 GPA, rank in top five percent of class, and have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1150 (composite ACT score of 25). Eligible applicants are chosen by random selection in the 67 Pennsylvania counties.
