Requirements: Award is for higher education faculty to teach in low-income/developing countries. Applicant must be a citizen or permanent resident of a country in which there is a Rotary club, have taught full-time at a college or university for at least three years, teach a subject of practical use to citizens of the developing country, be proficient in the language of the country, and submit copies of correspondence with potential host institution. Selection is based upon curriculum vitae, personal statement, and letters of recommendation.
