Requirements: Applicant must be an entering college freshman with at least a 2.5 (C+) GPA. Applicant must be a citizen of the United States and seeking enrollment in an accredited college in the United States. Undergraduate applicants must be full-time students and NAACP membership is highly desirable. The Roy Wilkins Scholarship is not renewable.
