Amount of Funded by military/requires military commitment: Maximum award: full tuition, incidental fees, and a textbook allowance, plus a monthly nontaxable allowance of $250-$400 during the school year, depending on academic year.
Requirements: Applicant must be an U.S. citizen under age 31 as of December 31 of the year in which commissioned, and meet minimum college GPA or secondary school GPA requirements plus qualifying SAT I/ACT scores (if fewer than 24 semester or 36 quarter hours), have qualifying AFOQT scores, and have a recommendation from his/her immediate commander. Applicant must have less than six years of service as of October 15 of the year nominated.
