A good first step is to identify the potential motivations of the Ottawa University and their goals for the Sibling Award. Once that is done, you should determine if there is a decent shot of actually getting the scholarship. Upon determining that you have the possibility of going on to be one of the winners of the Sibling Award, then it is worth it to fill out an application.
