Requirements: Applicant must be a SC resident at the time of high school graduation and college enrollment. Applicant must attend an eligible SC institution. Applicant must meet two of the following three criteria: Earn a cumulative 3.0 GPR based on the Uniform Grading Scale, rank in the top 30% of the graduating class, or score a minimum combined SAT I score of 1100 (composite ACT score of 24) to qualify at a four-year institution. To qualify at a two-year institution, the applicant must graduate from high school with a 3.0 GPR based on the Uniform Grading Scale.
