The SRC Fellowship is a Fellowship sponsored by Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) Education Alliance.
Award Information:
Amount of Fellowship: Full Tuition, plus fees, a $1,550 per month stipend, and travel to the GFP Annual Conference
Application Deadline: 5-Feb
Requirements: Applicant must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is pursuing or planning to pursue a doctoral degree under the guidance of an SRC-sponsored faculty member. Applicant must be performing research defined in an SRC-funded contract and provide a copy of his/her dissertation to the SRC.
