Requirements: Applicant must submit (via ARTBA faculty member) four copies of a paper not to exceed 3,000 words, addressing transportation problems and focusing on an issue affecting transportation infrastructure system/construction industry. Papers must be typed and double-spaced, must include a 300-word (maximum) abstract, and must have a member's endorsement. Selection is based upon merits, content, relevance, composition, presentation, and originality of paper.
