Requirements: Award is for any thesis, dissertation, or postgraduate publication within three years of recieving a master's or doctoral degree on a topic related to caricature or cartoon. Recipient must use the collections of the Library of Congress for at least two weeks during the award period and give a public talk about the work in progress.
