Requirements: Applicant's parent or guardian must have served in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, or the U.S. Coast Guard as a Naval Aviator, Naval Flight Officer, or Designated Naval Aircrewman, or served on board a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier in any capacity as a member of ship's company or assigned air wing.
