Requirements: Applicant must be the child of TANF recipients who received benefits of a minimum of six months in the year of the applicant's high school graduation. Applicant must be a Texas resident, a graduate of a Texas high school, enroll in a public Texas college or university, and be under age 22. Award must be used within 24 months of high school graduation.
