Requirements: Applicant must come from a low-income household, be a first-generation college student, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and a permanent resident of unincorporated East Los Angeles, City of Los Angeles, Bell Gardens, Commerce, Huntington Park, Montebello, Monterey Park, or South Gate.
