Requirements: Applicant must be a teachers credit union member (first preference) or spouse or child of a member (second preference) and a degree-seeking student enrolled in at least six semester hours, have a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA (undergraduate) or 3.75 cumulative GPA (graduate), and must be a resident of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Texas residing in school's service area.
