Requirements: Applicant must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or permanent resident, enrolled in a Ph.D. program with emphasis on biomedical and health-related information science and be a graduate of an American Library Association-accredited, graduate library school. Fellowship may not be used to pay tuition fees, tuition-related expenses, equipment costs or expenses, clerical support, or living expenses.
