Requirements: Applicant must be a dependent or spouse who has not remarried of a Tuscaloosa County public safety officer or an Alabama state trooper assigned to Tuscaloosa County who was disabled or killed in the line of duty or be a police officer disabled in the line of duty who wishes to continue education.
