Requirements: Applicant must be a resident of Missouri or Johnson, Leavenworth, Miami, or Wyandotte counties in Kansas. Applicants must rank in top fourth of class. Dentistry, medicine, and pharmacy students are not eligible. Out-of-state recipients receive a scholarship for non-resident fees.
