Requirements: Applicant must be a community college, vocational school, or transfer student planning to complete his or her education at a Washington State school. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selection is based upon campus activities, community activities, accounting preparation, work history, personal statement, and two letters of recommendation.
