Requirements: "Applicant must be over age 18 and may choose any viewpoint of Longfellow's work. Essays should not exceed 15 double-spaced typewritten pages. Must use MLA styling; must be original. Essays will not be returned, $50. honorium will be granted to Essayist chosen. It will also be published, depending on content, in the "Longfellow Journal" or the "Children's Hour" magazine."
