The best shot of success comes from first understanding the qualifications and then determining if you qualify. At the outset seek to understand the driving force for the Molloy College and their goals for the Army ROTC Program. Once that is done, figure out if there is a reasonable chance to obtain the funded by military/requires military commitment.
