Requirements: Selection is based upon the description of the project, clarity of the methodology, feasibility of the project, the applicant's commitment to the field of epilepsy, the setting in which the fellowship will take place, and the qualifications of the sponsor. The fellowship must be undertaken during a free period in the student's year (e.g., during the summer). Three-month fellowships are awarded to work on an epilepsy-related study or training project to be carried out at a U.S. institution.
