The Boy Scout of the Year Scholarship is a Scholarship sponsored by American Legion - Iowa.

Award Information:

Amount of Scholarship: Minimum: $500, Average: $750, Maximum: $1000, plus American Legion of Iowa Foundation match
Requirements: Applicant must be a Boy Scout who exhibits outstanding service to his religious institution, school, and community and has received the Eagle Scout Award. Selection is by the Boy Scout Committee. Award must be used in state of Iowa.
