Requirements: Applicant must be a Connecticut resident, a U.S. citizen or national, rank in top fifth of class or have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1200, and attend a Connecticut college or a college in a state that has reciprocity agreements with Connecticut. Selection is based upon financial need.
