You should always spend time looking into available information on the scholarship. A maximized likelihood of success is a result of first understanding the qualifications and then determining if you qualify. Prior to starting, try to recognize the driving force for the Kent State University and their reason for offering the Creative Arts Award. If you are qualified, you should determine if there is any likelihood of being awarded the scholarship. If you think that you have a decent shot that you can be awarded the Creative Arts Award, then you should use your time.
