The Free Tuition for Veterans is a Tuition Waiver sponsored by South Dakota Division of Veterans Affairs.

Award Information:

Amount of Tuition Waiver: Full Tuition
Requirements: Applicant must be a current resident of South Dakota, attend a state school, have been discharged under honorable conditions, have used all entitlement or not be eligible for educational benefits under the GI Bill, and have one of the following service conditions: receiving service-connected disability; or receiving Armed Forces/Navy/Marine Expeditionary Medal. Award grants one month of free tuition for each month of qualifying service, up to four years.
