A good place to start is to spend time looking into any material provided for the scholarship. Getting the greatest odds of obtaining money is a result of first understanding the qualifications and knowing if you fulfill them. Before you even begin, try to recognize the driving force for the Saint Vincent College and their reason for offering the Governor's School Merit Grant.
