Requirements: Applicant must have completed at least one year of study in law enforcement prior to applying and must be a U.S. citizen. Selection is based upon academic standing.
Eligibility: College sophomore, College junior, College senior, Master's-level study, Doctoral-level study, Other postgraduate-level study
