It is important to investigate the latest information on the scholarship. Your best chance of achieving your goal comes from first understanding the qualifications and then determining if you qualify. Before you even begin, be aware of the potential motivations of the Arkansas Department of Higher Education and what they hope to achieve with the Minority Masters Fellows Program. Once that is done, make sure you have a reasonable chance of being awarded the scholarship.
