Requirements: Applicant must be a Wisconsin resident and African-American, American Indian, Hispanic, or Southeast Asian from Laos, Cambodia, or Vietnam admitted to the U.S. after December 31, 1975, and must be attending a Wisconsin independent institution or a Wisconsin Technical College. Selection is based upon financial need.

A good place to start is to spend time looking into any material provided for the grant.
