Requirements: Applicant must have a minimum of 100 hours of community service within the past 12 months, be U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and attend a public, private, charter, or parochial school within the U.S., an Indian tribe, a U.S. territory, or Department of Defense school. Applicant must attend an accredited U.S. two or four-year college. Scholarships are awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
