Requirements: Applicant must be a Michigan resident who is the dependent of a veteran. Applicant must be a non-traditional student returning to higher education after an interruption, a degree-seeking student over age 22 attending college in Michigan for the first time, or a student over age 22 attending a Michigan vocational or trade school. Selection is based upon academic ability, character/leadership, initiative, and financial need. Transcripts or work history required.
