Requirements: Applicant must hold a bachelor's degree, have an interest in working with children, and submit personal data, cover letter, resume, transcript, and letters of recommendation. Interview is required. Program provides participating fellows with on-the-job training at the K-6 level in a self-contained classroom. It combines extensive classroom experience with theoretical study and participation in coaching athletics and school professional life.
